Compared to traditional diamond mining, PDC Diamonds consume half the energy required to produce the same amount of rough diamonds.  As technology evolves, diamond growing process will get more efficient and further optimise this consumption. Most of the energy consumed in growing PDC Diamonds comes from Natural Gas based plants that are eco-friendlier than traditional coal-based plants.We believe that preservation of the natural resources is important to ensure choices for future generations are preserved.

PDC Diamonds, in comparison to the same number of carats produced in the Ekati mines in Canada, saves the world by as much as 278 million miles worth of auto emissions annually.We consume half the energy, compared to traditional diamond mining, to produce the same amount of rough diamonds. PDC Diamonds use a small amount of land to construct its facilities and requires no earth displacement.Mining can devastate the natural beauty and local ecology of the area. Preservation and restoration of the natural environment is important to ensure that choices for future generations are preserved
